      1. I worry that our natural inclination to assign agency to directories of government agencies is fallacious. Comey may be more constrained by internal politics than we, as outside observers, can know. Alternately, maybe he’s completely controlled by external influences (the president, congress, etc.) I mostly just wish we had more information about how the decision to indict is being made.
