2-D Political Chart

Big Government/Small Government is your standard modern-day DW-Nominate first dimension.

Elitism/anti-elitism is estimated by supporters’

*Income (less is less elite)

*Age (younger is less elite)

*Education (less is less elite)

As you know, I am strongly anti-elitist and prefer smaller government to larger. I favor large cuts in military spending, getting the U.S. out of NATO, and placing strict constructionists on the Supreme Court.

Trump was the most anti-elite Republican candidate in terms of education, but Cruz was the most anti-elite in terms of income and age, if we are to judge by their supporters in New Hampshire. In Wisconsin, Cruz was the slightly more elite candidate.
